At Monarch Innovation, we provide vacuum casting services that cater to industries requiring accurate and detailed prototypes or small-batch production parts. Our expertise in vacuum casting allows us to deliver superior-quality components with high precision and exceptional surface finish. Whether you need complex geometries, custom prototypes, or durable end-use parts, we ensure that our vacuum casting service meets your specific requirements.

What is Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting is an advanced manufacturing technique for creating high-quality plastic and rubber parts. This process involves using silicone mold and a vacuum chamber to produce parts that closely resemble injection-molded components. It is an ideal solution for prototyping, low-volume production, and producing high-detail parts with excellent surface finish.

The vacuum casting process begins with a master model, typically created using 3D printing or CNC machining. This model is used to create a silicone mold, into which liquid resin is poured. The vacuum chamber removes air bubbles and ensures an even flow of material, resulting in precise and flawless castings.

Materials Used In Vacuum Casting

ABS

Strong, impact-resistant material commonly used for durable prototypes. Provides good surface finish and mechanical strength.

PP

Lightweight and flexible plastic with excellent chemical resistance. Used for functional prototypes and parts requiring flexibility.

Glass Filled Material

Plastic reinforced with glass fibers for added strength and rigidity. Suitable for high-performance applications needing durability.

PC

Transparent, tough, and heat-resistant material. Ideal for clear components and high-impact applications.

Wax

Used for investment casting patterns and mold-making. Provides smooth surface details for precision parts.

Rubber

Flexible and durable material with high elasticity. Used for gaskets, seals, and soft-touch components.

Advantages Of Vacuum Casting

Fast

Quick turnaround time for prototyping and small-batch production. Reduces development time compared to traditional manufacturing.

Scalability

Ideal for producing multiple high-quality parts without high tooling costs. Supports low to medium volume production efficiently.

Ready To Go

Produces parts with a smooth surface finish, requiring minimal post-processing. Delivers near-injection-molded quality without expensive molds.

Wide Range Of Material Choice

Compatible with various materials like ABS, PP, PC, rubber, and glass-filled plastics. Allows selection of materials based on strength, flexibility, or transparency needs.
